-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2012-16847 2012-10-24 23:32:55 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : latexmk Product : Fedora 17 Version : 4.34 Release : 1.fc17 URL : http://www.phys.psu.edu/~collins/software/latexmk-jcc/ Summary : A make-like utility for LaTeX files Description : Latexmk is a perl script for running LaTeX the correct number of times to resolve cross references, etc.; it also runs auxiliary programs (bibtex, makeindex if necessary, and dvips and/or a previewer as requested). It has a number of other useful capabilities, for example to start a previewer and then run latex whenever the source files are updated, so that the previewer gives an up-to-date view of the document. The script runs on both UNIX and MS-WINDOWS (95, ME, XP, etc). This script is a corrected and improved version of the original version of latexmk. Before using a previewer, read the file README.fedora. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: Upstream notes on this release: - Corrects non-optimality that latexmk may do extra runs of (pdf)latex when a file is read and written during a run of (pdf)latex, but the file is only read after being written. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Wed Oct 24 2012 Jerry James <[email protected]> - 4.34-1 - Update to 4.34 (eliminate unnecessary runs of latex/pdflatex) * Mon Aug 20 2012 Jerry James <[email protected]> - 4.33c-1 - Update to 4.33c (improved error handling for latex/pdflatex) * Thu Jul 19 2012 Fedora Release Engineering <[email protected]> - 4.31-2 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_18_Mass_Rebuild -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.
