Boto is a Python package that provides interfaces to Amazon Web Services.
It supports S3 (Simple Storage Service), SQS (Simple Queue Service) via

use, lightweight wrapper around the Amazon services.

This update fixes boto issue 881, which made the instance objects returned by 
start_instances, stop_instances, and terminate_instances end up with incorrect 
previous and current states.
