Name : fsarchiver Product : Fedora 17 Version : 0.6.16 Release : 1.fc17 URL : http://www.fsarchiver.org Summary : Safe and flexible file-system backup/deployment tool Description : FSArchiver is a system tool that allows you to save the contents of a file-system to a compressed archive file. The file-system can be restored on a partition which has a different size and it can be restored on a different file-system. Unlike tar/dar, FSArchiver also creates the file-system when it extracts the data to partitions. Everything is checksummed in the archive in order to protect the data. If the archive is corrupt, you just loose the current file, not the whole archive. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: Update to upstream 0.6.16 release: *Fixed mke2fs requirement for the "ext_attr" feature (affects RHLE5/CentOS5) *Fixed parsing of "/proc/self/mountinfo" for systemd based systems -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Fri Feb 8 2013 Adel Gadllah <[email protected]> - 0.6.16-1 - Update to 0.6.16 * Tue Jun 12 2012 Adel Gadllah <[email protected]> - 0.6.15-1 - Update to 0.6.15 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.
