Description :
BIND (Berkeley Internet Name Domain) is an implementation of the DNS
(Domain Name System) protocols. BIND includes a DNS server (named),
which resolves host names to IP addresses; a resolver library
(routines for applications to use when interfacing with DNS); and
tools for verifying that the DNS server is operating properly.

Update Information:

This update fixes following issues:

* IPv4 address D-root server was outdated (BZ#901741)

* script which mounts/unmounts chroot hierarchy was wrong and caused that 
chroot hierarchy wasn't unmounted correctly which lead to too many mounts 
(BZ#904666)

This update also includes following enhancement:

* rate-limiting patch for bind was included. Check
