-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2013-2939 2013-02-24 07:39:20 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : lapack Product : Fedora 18 Version : 3.4.2 Release : 1.fc18 URL : http://www.netlib.org/lapack/ Summary : Numerical linear algebra package libraries Description : LAPACK (Linear Algebra PACKage) is a standard library for numerical linear algebra. LAPACK provides routines for solving systems of simultaneous linear equations, least-squares solutions of linear systems of equations, eigenvalue problems, and singular value problems. Associated matrix factorizations (LU, Cholesky, QR, SVD, Schur, and generalized Schur) and related computations (i.e., reordering of Schur factorizations and estimating condition numbers) are also included. LAPACK can handle dense and banded matrices, but not general sparse matrices. Similar functionality is provided for real and complex matrices in both single and double precision. LAPACK is coded in Fortran90 and built with gcc. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: Update lapack to 3.4.2, fixes several bugs: http://www.netlib.org/lapack/lapack-3.4.2.html -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Thu Feb 21 2013 Tom Callaway <[email protected]> - 3.4.2-1 - update to 3.4.2 * Thu Feb 14 2013 Fedora Release Engineering <[email protected]> - 3.4.1-5 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_19_Mass_Rebuild * Mon Jan 7 2013 Tom Callaway <[email protected]> - 3.4.1-4 - fix 64bit sonames * Fri Jan 4 2013 Tom Callaway <[email protected]> - 3.4.1-3 - enable 64bit INTEGER variant subpackages -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.
