sddm packaging instead.
- kdmrc: ConfigVersion 2.4, GrabInput=Always (#631767)
- kdmrc: ServerAttempts=2,ServerTimeout=60 (#967521)
- kmixrc: VolumeFeedback=true
- gpg-agent isn't started automatically with KDE anymore (#845492)
