The problems you had were because the generated parser files weren't found by ocamldep. The lexers have the necessary dependencies listed in the Makefile already, so I added the parser dependencies by hand. I wonder why I didn't hit the problem you did? Anyway, I believe all the dependencies are there now. Would you mind trying again?
