Make sure every gstreamer rpm is the latest version available from fedora. People have run into this exact problem with rythmbox, totem, pidin, etc etc. You are more likely to be susceptible to it if you're upgraded from an older Fedora release. There is definitely a gstreamer package causing issues with your runtime which doesn't plauge clean F12 installs.
