The spec looks really good! You have learned a lot since you submitted your first package. I'm glad I sponsored you. But I'd like to warn you: gnome-paint is still in early stages of development, only 3 of the tools are working and the menu entries are ether missing of non-functional. Do you think this is mature enough to be packaged in Fedora? If you maintain it, you will surely receive a lot of bug reports and complainants.
