Description:

VXL (the Vision-something-Libraries) is a collection of C++ libraries designed
for computer vision research and implementation. It was created from TargetJr
and the IUE with the aim of making a light, fast and consistent system.
VXL is written in ANSI/ISO C++ and is designed to be portable over many
platforms.

Questions:

1 - v3p/netlib dependency not removed because of heavily modifications seems to
be heavily modified from the original sources. The changes are documented in
v3p/netlib/README

2 - v3p/dcmtk exists an rpm package at http://dicom.offis.de/dcmtk.php.en but
there is none in yum and neither there is a review request. Should we try to
package it as well?

3 - v3p/mpeg2 is different from Fedora's one: it misses at least:

mpeg2dec/video_out.h
mpeg2dec/mm_accel.h

Moreover the FindMPEG2.cmake file shipped with cmake 2.6.4 search lib livid and
libvo, but none of them are available from yum.
