I'm unsure whether we should touch license declarations in general. If upstream isn't dead yet, you shouldn't change anything, and wait until the address has been corrected in future releases. Keep in mind, we don't speak about the license itself, but about an address where users can get a printed copy of the license text from, if in doubt.
