When we have: mvn-rpmbuild package (or install) unit tests are run automatically after compiling classes and *before* creating jar files. So we cannot have jar files without testing really. Therefore it doesn't make much sense to have %check section with maven packages. Perhaps with one exception, but this is not in guidelines yet: if we run "mvn-rpmbuild package" we skip running integration tests.
