Now the version-release in Provides/Obsoletes is hardcoded to the latest version-release of the maven-shared's artifact-resolver subpackage. If someone rebuilds maven-shared during the course of this review, I will bump the release number in this package too. Once this package is built in Fedora, I will remove the artifact-resolver subpackage from maven-shared, making the provides/obsoletes of this package safe for any future release.
