ownCloud Server provides you a private file sync and share cloud. Host this
server to easily sync business or private documents across all your devices,

Gotchas:
owncloud is bundling jquery, but I suppose since basically every webapp in
fedora is doing the same we can ignore this.
the web server integration is non-existent, I'm planning to create separate
subpackages for apache and nginx (though no idea how to configure nginx)
currently selinux is preventing write access on /etc/owncloud, need to fill a
bug against selinux-policy
some php deps are also missing in Fedora
probably a lot more...
