Initial cleaning of %buildroot in %install is obsolete, unless you want to provide a package for el5. This artifact is from "rpmdev-newspec python", actually not needed. Your srpm contains the old spec file, with the license named "Check". This produces some blurb from rpmlint... The summary is still empty, and BTW, it doesn't begin with a capital letter ;) The %doc macro in %files is empty.
