Worth noting that there's a small licensing inconsistency here, that upstream
refuses to look into fixing.

I'm not sure if it's a blocker or not, but basically the readme states the
license is GPLv2, while everything else states GPLv2+.

Upstream's upstream (original xchat source) seems to have this issue as well,
and was approved for packaging in Fedora, so this may not be a blocker, but is
still worth noting, imo.
