I forked the Fedora repo, made changes these changes to the spec, and tested them successfully: https://github.com/siwinski/drupal6-drush/commit/f4f62edafdd96f082676f7181107ebc742f55f92 This will not fix users who do not update their drupal6-drush pkgs before upgrading to php-drush-drush though.
