Currently I've review requests for appmenu-qt (bug #882508) and plasma-widget-menubar (bug #882512). The Qt part works fine in the Plasma applet. Additionally, I'm planning to package appmenu-gtk and firefox-globalmenu [1] which adds appmenu support to Firefox and Thunderbird.
