I'm pushing a package with the correct license, that removes %defattr and cleaning in install, and that uses %name more broadly. I've also moved the apache.conf file to a the doc/ directory. To some extent, I prefer that, as I think a system administrator should deliberately open a particular page up for active use, rather than have it occur implicitly.
