From the COPYING file in upstream's tarball: "All images included in this package constitute data and are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-No Derivative Works 3.0 Unported License [1]." So you'll want to alter the License field to include this. Also, it appears that the "dropbox.in" script inside the tarball has the capability to download the proprietary daemon and install it?
