Just for COPYING? Wouldn't it be easier to get rid of that dep adding %doc COPYING to -doc? With pdfsets-minimal you're right; I missed that "noarch"-part. ;) Is this needed for using the lib or just some extra goodies? The EPEL5-stuff was just some suggestion...
