Adding Maven to EPEL is possible, but non-trivial as Maven with dependencies consists of more than 100 packages, most of which are missing in RHEL or EPEL, so adding hadoop to EPEL would require adding multiple new packages or porting it and dependencicies not to use Maven. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
