COPR is lightweight build system. It allows you to create new project in WebUI,
and submit new builds and COPR will create yum repository from latest builds.

rpmlint warnings:
/etc/copr/* is non readable because it contains passwords, for that reason it
is owned by copr user
/var/log/copr and /var/lib/copr are owned by copr user because copr application
(which is run under copr user) need to write there.
