* This is a single package to replace all php-symfony2-* packages (this more
closely matches upstream, makes updates much easier, and also adds additional
pkgs that are not available through PEAR)
* Package names are lowercased (instead of PEAR CamelCase) to match updated
packaging guidelines
* Intl requires Icu and Icu requires Intl so I'm not sure I can separate out
the Icu pkg
