MMS support was implemented several years ago for an unique customer who also
hacked a bit the last version of libmms for its own needs, and it is not
actively maintained, tested or used by anyone today. libmms is also a bit
abandoned and MMS protocol is no more used in the real world today.

I (the main upstream developer) would prefer you do not try to activate libmms
support until someone is really interested to test it, to use it and to
maintain it.
