Description:
This is the packaging of vte 0.37.0 that is required for gnome-terminal 3.13.0.
After some initial back and forth with compat-vte036
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1091755), this package here now
tries a different approach and provides a fully parallel installable vte
version (so we'd have vte, vte3, vte291). This should avoid disrupting other
vte-using packages where porting to the new vte version can be nontrivial.
