This can only be checked on an installed package (which fedora-review does) so
if you wanted to repeat the same check you would have to:

# yum install ./path/to/med/rpm
$ rpmlint med

Since it's mainly libm I'm not too concerned. I have another package I maintain
that linked excessively with libraries it didn't actually use so it was more
serious.
