Interestingly there are two other evtx parsers available, one in
Python and the other in C++:

The C++ one is pure evil.  The Python one looks fairly sensible,
and has some recent updates.

I hit a very strange parsing bug when using this (Perl) parser,
which prevents 'virt-log' from working.  Still investigating ...
