Yes, the description is a bit generic - I thought I'd put in a note to this bug about the Galaxy files but clearly forgot. They're for integrating the package with a local Galaxy installation. I wasn't quite sure how to handle them. Perhaps a different subpackage - fastx_toolkit-galaxy?
