Description:
This module provides an `http.Agent` implementation that retreives the
specified [PAC proxy file][pac-wikipedia] and uses it to resolve which
HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS proxy, or if a direct connection should be used to
connect to the HTTP endpoint.
