Hmm...Basically you can try python2, if you have time, use python3 template and
try a build. The best solution is to ask upstream directly, or based on daily
usage.

Drop %{!?python_sitearch: %global python_sitearch %(%{__python} -c "from
distutils.sysconfig import get_python_lib; print(get_python_lib(1))")}.
