Description:
Module::CoreList provides information on which core and dual-life modules
are shipped with each version of perl.

This is a dual-lived module which already exist as perl.spec's subpackage. The
subpackage will be disabled in the perl.spec after getting this standalone
package into Fedora. Also the subpackage will be split in the perl.spec to
align with the standalone one.
