So the plan is:
* push [lib]qtxdg into el6/7 and f19+
* repackage razorqt with [lib]qtxdg 0.5.3 (it is possible:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:/QtDesktop:/LXQT/Fedora_20/)
* start LXQT
