So?  That Version includes a non-numeric character, which is something not
allowed.  Per the guideline I referenced,
"If the version is non-numeric (contains tags that are not numbers), you may
need to include the additional non-numeric characters in the release field."



and, since I'm looking at it, I can be picky... :)

subpkg deps of form:
Requires: %{name}-... = %{version}
should include %{release} too,
Requires: %{name}-... = %{version}-%{release}
