Hi! I guess I should have been clearer. What I meant was this - 

Now, the spec file states,

Name:           python-pygraphviz
Version:        1.3rc2
Release:        2%{?dist}


What you could do is

Name:           python-pygraphviz
Version:        1.3
Release:        2.rc2%{?dist}
