Description: CSS2 parsing and manipulation library for GNOME
This is the MinGW version of this library.
Note: This package is required to be able to build librsvg for mingw, which is
required in turn for SVG support in GTK3. Without SVG support, most GTK3 apps
won't work properly. When this review is accepted, I'll submit the next dep.
