OK, I will do that. The appropriate config option in KDE 4 doesn't affect the
behavior of Qt5 apps, I was wondering if it would work in KDE Frameworks 5?

I would it never enable by default. Imagine, it is the default on a multiuser
system. This is only OK if all users work with Plasma (currently v4 only) and
have plasma-widget-menubar enabled. In all other cases Qt5 apps remain without
menubar, because the module will be loaded at system startup. Correct me if I'm
wrong.
