I looked into http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_maintainers_wishlist for help and also other resources to find out if something is unpackaged and can be relevant to add into Fedora. Package maintainers wishlist wiki page is quite outdated and it took some time to figure out relevant unpackaged project from it. Right now I am working on packaging Grabserial (http://elinux.org/Grabserial) project for adding it into Fedora repository.
