SHOULD build with -DWITH_PKGCONFIG:BOOL=ON flag (unless you have some good reason not to) regarding 13 for now, you can use cmake build flag: -DCMAKE_SKIP_RPATH:BOOL=ON as a big hammer to kill rpaths.
