This package will enable temporary bundling of clufter library with
pcs as introduced in RHEL 7.1 (tech-preview administrative shortcut;
there is a dependent pcs counterpart [bug 1212904] also for RHEL 7.2),
and will allow for uniform treatment/maitenance of clufter between
RHEL 6 and 7 lines (RHEL 6 clufter inclusion already happened
as of [bug 1182358]).
