The original package, AirSched, was approved in November 2011 (http://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=732205). That rename request comes from an intellectual property issue, as AirSched is a trade mark (http://www.airschedsolutions.com/), and his owner is threatening to suit anyone using it.
