This is my first package, I need a sponsor.
One might wonder why I am packaging truth version 0.23 and not 0.27, the latest
released version. The reason is that I'm packaging this to be able to change
guava packaging so that it enables the testlib and tests subpackages. truth is
one of those projects which makes incompatible changes between releases and
guava-testlib doesn't compile with truth versions later than 0.23. I'm
expecting upcoming versions of guava to support later truth versions, but those
updates will most likely need to be made in lock step.
