Your package is not buildable due to missing dependencies. As communicated
earlier, try running fedora-review on it:

fedora-review -b 1241919

The reason it's advisable to build in a clean environment (using mock) is
because otherwise the package might build on *your* machine with all sorts of
Python libs already installed, but fail on a build server where we only include
the libraries you specify as dependencies.
