Description of problem:
current gdal hosted on cgit is built without openjpeg support

openjpeg 2.0.1 is available via adding openjpeg2 dependency to gdal
This will be useful for other packages such as gdcm, otb, ossim and ofcourse
gdal which uses openjpeg 2.x to read/write jpeg2000 images.
