Whether the license of forecast.io's api is acceptable is beyond my knowledge (I'm not a lawyer): https://developer.forecast.io/terms_of_use.txt The nominatim service I use is the one provided by http://open.mapquestapi.com/nominatim/ . I'm not sure if it is acceptable.
