Ok, yes it looks like most of the rpmlint issues have been resolved. Also,
rpmlint doesn't always get it right so we can choose to ignore it, we just need
to understand why it's ok.

Removing %config is probably the right way to go, generally %config is only
used for files the admin may need to edit.

Also, I didn't worry about it this time but it's customary to bump the revision
of the package when making adjustments to the spec file so it has a clear
history. I usually post the new spec and SRPM link (the spec one doesn't
change) and then cut-n-paste the relevant changelog entry below the links.
