I have been doing some checks today, and it looks like the tests issue is caused by an old version of python-fixtures, so we'll have to leave them as is for now. About the spec itself, you will need to change the %prep section to use the following line: %setup -q -n %{service}-%{upstream_version} upstream_version is defined by Delorean, see https://www.rdoproject.org/packaging/rdo-packaging.html#_differences_between_master_and_rawhide_packaging for details.
