The issue is that a server might run multiple instances of cjdns - each with its own config and unique IP6. Then the unit could support @ like openvpn. Can there also be a cjdns.service (without the @) that uses /etc/cjdroute.conf ? Then this could wait for a later release. For services that listen on a cjdns IP, there needs to be a cjdns-wait-online.service unit that functions like NetworkManager-wait-online.service.
