Yup, it build noarch rpm's for local consumption.
(or you build it on your desktop &
move it to some ARM play-thing)

Only 'binary' RPMS, not source ones.
It dynamically writes a .specfile based on
contents from cross-distro .yaml files
the run rpmbuild.

It can also use lgogdownloader (not yet packaged)
& steamcmd (non-free, a pain to make it work).
