Description: libc++ is a new implementation of the C++ standard library,
targeting C++11.

Note: Upstream has no versioning system that I can see, does no 'releases'. I
need this package to support C++11 in R in EPEL. Also note, this package has a
bootstrap cycle with libcxxabi.
